We choose quality ingredients, many of which come from our own garden, to create unique specialities such as homemade pasta, pizza, ravioli, desserts, grilled vegetables, bread and focaccia (both naturally leavened).
We prefer typical Ligurian and local dishes, but with influences from other regions and the world. Enjoy Lunigiana cured meats and Colonnata lard, excellent local meats, wild boar, lamb, as well as sauces and exotic vegetables. Vegetarian cuisine
Our restaurant in Fosdinovo, a few kilometres from Sarzana, is popular, especially with vegetarians or those who simply crave green cuisine. Lunches and dinners will be prepared with ingredients of our own production such as vegetables, oil and honey, which are also available to be bought and taken away. You will be able to savour them surrounded by the charm of the old mill, in the garden and on the large terrace overlooking the stream, equipped with weather-proof roofing and windows, which is also ideal for weddings.
Restaurant for small ceremonies and events
We also accept bookings for birthday parties, graduations, communions and baptisms, weddings and celebrations in general, always for a limited number of people.
There are wonderful parties for children and young people with donkeys as entertainment, while our 5 o'clock snacks with mousses, cheeses and cured meats often extend into the evening, replacing dinner. We always eat by reservation only, preferably the day before.
